The Government of Rajasthan has launched various welfare schemes for the development of poor families, women, farmers, and students. The main objective of these government schemes is to provide financial assistance, free medical treatment, and better education opportunities to the citizens. In this detailed article, we will discuss all the major schemes of the Rajasthan Government in both English and Hindi.

राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा राज्य के गरीब परिवारों, महिलाओं, किसानों और छात्र-छात्राओं के कल्याण के लिए कई प्रकार की लाभकारी और जन-कल्याणकारी योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं। इन योजनाओं का मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों को आर्थिक सहायता, मुफ्त इलाज और शिक्षा के बेहतर अवसर प्रदान करना है। इस लेख में हम राजस्थान सरकार की सभी मुख्य योजनाओं के बारे में विस्तार से बात करेंगे।

1. Health & Medical Schemes / स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा योजनाएं

👉 Ayushman Bharat Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme

  • English: Under this scheme, eligible families get cashless medical treatment up to Rs. 25 Lakh per year in government and empanelled private hospitals. It covers medical expenses from 5 days before hospital admission to 15 days after discharge.

  • Hindi (मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना): इस योजना के तहत पात्र परिवारों को सरकारी और चुनिंदा प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में प्रतिवर्ष ₹25 लाख रुपये तक का कैशलेस (मुफ्त) इलाज मिलता है। इसमें भर्ती होने से 5 दिन पहले और डिस्चार्ज के 15 दिन बाद तक का खर्च शामिल है।

  • Eligibility: Free for NFSA (Ration Card) holders, small farmers, and contract workers. Others can join by paying a yearly premium of Rs. 850. (खाद्य सुरक्षा के पात्र परिवार, लघु व सीमांत किसान और संविदा कर्मियों के लिए यह बिल्कुल फ्री है। बाकी लोग ₹850 का वार्षिक प्रीमियम देकर जुड़ सकते हैं।)

👉 Chief Minister Free Medicine & Diagnostic Scheme

  • English: All patients visiting government hospitals (PHC, CHC, and District Hospitals) get essential medicines and major medical tests (like blood tests, X-rays, CT scans) absolutely free of cost.

  • Hindi (मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क दवा एवं जांच योजना): सरकारी अस्पतालों (PHC, CHC, जिला अस्पताल) में आने वाले सभी मरीजों को आवश्यक दवाइयां और महत्वपूर्ण जांचें (जैसे ब्लड टेस्ट, एक्स-रे, सीटी स्कैन) बिल्कुल मुफ्त उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।

2. Social Security & Women Welfare / महिलाओं और सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाएं

👉 Lado Protsahan Yojana

  • English: To promote the birth of girl children and support their higher education, the government provides a Savings Bond of Rs. 2 Lakh upon the birth of a girl child in poor families. This amount is given in installments at different stages of her education and marriage.

  • Hindi (लाडो प्रोत्साहन योजना): गरीब परिवारों में बेटियों के जन्म को बढ़ावा देने और उनकी शिक्षा के लिए सरकार बेटी के जन्म पर ₹2 लाख रुपये का सेविंग बॉन्ड देती है। यह राशि बेटी की पढ़ाई और शादी के अलग-अलग चरणों में किश्तों के रूप में मिलती है।

👉 Social Security Pension Scheme

  • English: To provide financial support to senior citizens, widows, single women, and specially-abled people, the government sends a monthly pension ranging from Rs. 1,150 to Rs. 1,500 directly into their bank accounts.

  • Hindi (सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना): इसके अंतर्गत वृद्धजन, विधवा, एकल नारी और दिव्यांग जनों को आर्थिक संबल देने के लिए हर महीने न्यूनतम ₹1,150 से ₹1,500 तक की पेंशन सीधे उनके बैंक खाते में भेजी जाती है।

3. Education & Youth Schemes / छात्रों और युवाओं के लिए योजनाएं

👉 Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme

  • English: Meritorious students get 100% Free Coaching in reputed institutes to prepare for competitive exams like IAS, RAS, REET, IIT-JEE, and NEET. Additionally, students living away from home get Rs. 40,000 annually for accommodation and food expenses.

  • Hindi (मुख्यमंत्री अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना): मेधावी छात्रों को IAS, RAS, REET, IIT, और NEET जैसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए नामी कोचिंग संस्थानों में मुफ्त कोचिंग दिलाई जाती है। घर से दूर रहने वाले छात्रों को ₹40,000 वार्षिक अतिरिक्त सहायता भी मिलती हैं।

👉 Post Matric Scholarship Scheme

  • English: Students belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and EBC categories pursuing college or higher education get a 100% refund of their non-refundable course fees from the government.

  • Hindi (उत्तर मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना): SC, ST, OBC, और EBC वर्ग के कॉलेज व उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे छात्रों की पूरी नॉन-रिफंडेबल फीस सरकार द्वारा वापस (Refund) की जाती है।

📋 Required Documents / आवश्यक दस्तावेज

Whether you apply online by yourself or through an e-Mitra kiosk, you must have the following documents ready: चाहे आप स्वयं ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें या ई-मित्रा केंद्र पर जाएं, आपके पास ये दस्तावेज होने अनिवार्य हैं:

  1. Jan Aadhaar Card (जन आधार कार्ड): The most important document for Rajasthan schemes. (इसके बिना कोई फॉर्म नहीं भरा जाएगा।)

  2. Aadhaar Card (आधार कार्ड): Must be linked with an active mobile number for OTP. (मोबाइल नंबर से लिंक होना ज़रूरी है।)

  3. Bonafide / Domicile Certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र)

  4. Caste Certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र)

  5. Income Certificate (आय प्रमाण पत्र): In the latest prescribed format. (नए प्रारूप में।)

  6. Bank Account Passbook (बैंक खाता पासबुक): Must be seeded with Jan Aadhaar. (जो जन आधार कार्ड से लिंक हो।)

💻 How to Apply Online? / ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें?

  • English:

    1. Visit the official Rajasthan Single Sign-On portal: sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

    2. Log in using your SSO ID and Password (create a new one using Jan Aadhaar if you don't have it).

    3. Go to the respective application dashboard (e.g., Scholarship-SJE for scholarships, SJMS Portal for free coaching).

    4. Fill in the required details, upload scanned documents, and click on Submit. Take a printout for future reference.

    5. Alternative: You can also visit your nearest e-Mitra Kendra with all documents to get your form filled.

  • Hindi:

    1. सबसे पहले राजस्थान सरकार के आधिकारिक SSO Portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) पर जाएं।

    2. अपनी SSO ID और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें (यदि आईडी नहीं है, तो जन आधार से तुरंत बनाएं)।

    3. संबंधित योजना के ऐप पर क्लिक करें (जैसे स्कॉलरशिप के लिए Scholarship-SJE और फ्री कोचिंग के लिए SJMS Portal)।

    4. मांगी गई जानकारी ध्यान से भरें, अपने दस्तावेज अपलोड करें और Submit कर दें। भविष्य के लिए प्रिंटआउट सुरक्षित रख लें।

    5. दूसरा रास्ता: आप अपने सभी जरूरी कागजात लेकर नजदीकी e-Mitra केंद्र पर जाकर भी आवेदन करवा सकते हैं।
